Margaret is an Associate at CJ PLUS ATTORNEYS. Her areas of focus include Commercial Litigation, Corporate and Finance Legislative drafting.
Margaret has assisted in providing advice to key clients in the areas of Corporate & Commercial transactions, Estate, Property & Litigation. Her recent work includes assisting key clients with regulatory compliance and commercial litigation matters. She has also assisted with the conduct of due diligence for transactions involving corporations based in Ghana.
As a member of the corporate team, Margaret often assists clients fulfil their corporate obligations and liaises with the appropriate Registry to ensure the expectations of clients are duly met.
She obtained her LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and her Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law. She also holds a BA in English from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).
