She has extensive experience in legal risk management, regulatory compliance, board affairs and stakeholder relations management. She is a resource in both private and public enterprises with thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in company secretarial practice, corporate governance, labor and contract. Nana Ama combines solid corporate legal background with a well-developed understanding of both commercial and operational drivers of business.
Nana Ama is the Managing Partner of the Firm and has extensive knowledge and specialization in Banking and Finance, Government Business (Investment Regulations), Oil & Gas and in advising and processing investment documentation and licenses.
Nana Ama has impeccable twenty years Post Call experience in property and commercial litigation. She has represented various clients including financial institutions as Counsel on a number of complex cases in property/land law and commercial disputes up to the Supreme Court.
In addition to her repertoire of specializations, Nana Ama has focus on the oil and gas industry and has pursued a Masters in Law (Oil and Gas) at the University of Ghana Legon. Nana Ama also holds an LLB (Hons) Bachelor’s degree from the same University of Ghana.
