Christian is a Lawyer and an Investment Banker by profession. Christian has about Twenty one (21) years’ experience in corporate, tax, investment and private equity transactions. Specific sectors that he has been involved in include legal and transaction advisory services in insurance acquisitions, new company establishments, banks, mining and mining services, downstream oil and gas transactions, financial services, healthcare and private equity deals. Among the advises that Christian has provided include incorporation advise, tax efficient capital structuring, first entry- investor advisory services, transaction negotiations, investment management etc. In providing these services Christian has had to deal with regulatory and licensing bodies including the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre, the National Insurance Commission, the Registrar General’s Department, the Bank of Ghana, and the Securities & Exchange Commission.
Christian is also the founder and Executive Chairman of Fidelity Healthcare Services Inc. Liberia, a healthcare facility. He is also a Co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors of Mart D’ Essentials Ltd, an FMCG and consumer goods centric company. He is also the co-founder of FM Food & Beverages Ltd. Christian also sits on the board of Diagnostic Centre Ltd, a medical imaging and diagnostic company and Servaco PPS Ltd; an industrial consumables and services company. He has also been involved in providing advisory services in pharmacy distribution and health care operations.
Christian is a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana with sixteen years post call experience. He also holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana Business School. Christian is currently at the final stage of the Institute of Chartered Accountants qualifying examination for professional accountants.
